Delivery
Currently, we ship within Singapore and Malaysia. Orders are expected to reach customers 3-7 business days after confirmation.
Please note, shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative. Luxport cannot bear responsibility for circumstances beyond its control such as delays in clearing customs, payment approval and other such matter.
If you refuse a shipment from Luxport or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Luxport.
