Luxport is unable to offer returns on discounted items as these items are sourced directly from the boutiques and they do not accept returns/non-refundable.

Luxport prides itself for offering stellar customer service, which includes pictures of the actual product, exact RGB color details, sizing, length of item. Every single information that you would need on a bag/product would be provided to you so that our customers can make an accurate decision on point of purchase (online) and obtain the product that they want.

We continuously look to improve our processes and to provide more information to our customers to make return rate close to zero. Also, our bags are priced at a significant discount - and this is the trade off that our customers accept.
